3-month paid internship for aspiring data engineers in Tashkent.

Dastur haqida

Databek is a data-engineering company building pipelines, warehouses and analytics platforms for banks, telecom and retail in Uzbekistan. In this internship you will work on real data problems with mentors: ingest data from operational databases, model it for analytics, orchestrate pipelines and keep data quality under control.

Talablar

  • Confident Python (functions, collections, files, JSON)
  • SQL basics: joins, GROUP BY, subqueries; window functions are a plus
  • Curiosity about data platforms: Airflow, dbt, Spark, ClickHouse
  • English: able to read documentation (B1+)
  • At least 20 hours per week

Vazifalar

  • Build and test ETL/ELT pipelines with Airflow and dbt
  • Write SQL for analytics marts and data-quality checks
  • Review code with mentors and document your work
  • Present a final project to the team
